IT’S NOT JUST ABOUT WHAT YOU FEEL. IT’S ABOUT HOW YOU EXPERIENCE IT.
An individualized approach to emotional wellbeing—rooted in understanding how you feel, supported by counselling, and guided by the original Bach system.
Bach Flower Therapy is a gentle, individualized approach to emotional wellbeing, developed by Dr. Edward Bach. It uses a system of flower remedies selected according to an individual’s emotional state, feelings and responses. Dr. Rujuta Kathe is trained and certified in Bach Flower Therapy through The Bach Centre, UK, the organization dedicated to the original Bach system developed by Dr. Edward Bach. With a background in Medicine, Clinical Psychology and Counselling, she brings together these perspectives to better understand what you may be experiencing and offer individualized support when emotions feel difficult to understand, manage or move through—especially when you find yourself thinking:
“I know what I need to do, but I just can’t seem to do it.”
“I can’t stop thinking about it.”
“I know this fear is affecting me, but I can’t control it.”
“I want to move forward, but something keeps holding me back.”
The focus is on understanding your individual emotional experience and providing personalized emotional support.

BACH FLOWER THERAPY WITH DR. RUJUTA KATHE
Where Bach Flower Therapy Meets Psychological Understanding
Dr. Rujuta’s Bach Flower Therapy approach is not simply about saying, “I have anxiety. Which remedy should I take?”
Her background in Medicine, Clinical Psychology and Counseling enables her to integrate Bach Flower Therapy with a broader understanding of emotional and psychological wellbeing. She takes a little more time to understand your experience of that anxiety – of what “you” may be going through.
Is it a specific fear that keeps you on edge?
A constant worry about what might happen?
Thoughts that keep going around in your mind?
A feeling that you are never doing enough?
Difficulty making decisions or trusting yourself?
Taking on everyone else’s responsibilities while forgetting your own needs?
Finding it difficult to say no, set boundaries or let go of something from the past?
Or perhaps you know exactly what you should do, but something inside you makes it difficult to take that step.
Because anxiety does not feel the same to everyone. Neither do stress, low mood, fear, self-doubt or emotional overwhelm.
Understanding the emotional pattern is an important part of personalized care.
Two people may come in saying they are anxious—yet one may be afraid of a particular situation, another may constantly anticipate something going wrong, while someone else may be overwhelmed by thoughts, responsibilities or uncertainty. Sometimes, the person who appears to be coping perfectly well on the outside may be carrying considerable emotional distress within.
Understanding these individual feelings, responses and emotional patterns helps make Bach Flower Therapy a personalized approach rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. Through counseling, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, triggers and behavioural patterns. Bach Flower Therapy may then be incorporated as a complementary form of emotional support, based on your individual emotional needs.
